Join Action Link to install and maintain retail displays for top clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.

• Visit stores to complete projects within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Schedule up to 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; no weekends or evenings.
• Potential for additional hours when covering larger regions or traveling.
• Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit.

• Compensation: $18.00 per hour for standard merchandising projects.
• Higher rates for technical projects, based on need.
• W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit.
• Optional 401(k) plan with company match.
• Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store mileage.
• Paid training to prepare for program success.
• Accrue PTO hours every week worked.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience.
• Versatile to handle all levels of merchandising work within the territory.
• Attention to detail—follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independent worker who can also collaborate with a small team when needed.
• Tech‑ready with internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS‑enabled smart device, updated OS, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools.
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and willingness to use the vehicle for job duties.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
