Deliver attentive, friendly and knowledgeable customer service and assist the Food Service Manager in daily operations;
Maintain a neat, clean, and visually appealing department with focus on safe handling of products;
Prepare products (salads, sandwiches, chicken, pizza, pasta, entrees, catering orders) according to recipes and company standards;
Maintain proper temperatures in display cases and storage areas; ensure product rotation and quality;
Operate department equipment (slicer, scale, can opener, wrapping machine, rotisserie, fryolator, cheese grater, case cutter, stove/oven) and assist with receiving, storing, and pricing of products
