Soleil Tans is looking for a confident and motivated Guest Experience Consultant who combines outstanding customer service with strong sales ability. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and being rewarded for exceptional performance.
As the first and last impression of our Luxury Sun Spa, you'll play an essential role in delivering the hospitality, professionalism, and personalized service that define the Soleil experience.
Schedule8–12 hours per week (2–3 shifts), must include at least one weekend shift
Pay & PerksStarting Pay: $16.50/hour
Increase: $18.50/hour within one year after completing training and certification
Sales bonuses averaging $1–$4/hour
Average $100/month in tips
Paid training and ongoing coaching

Total earning potential: $19–$21+ per hour.
What You Will Do- Consultative Sales:
You will effectively guide guests through membership options and products. This requires the confidence to overcome objections, ask for the sale, and educate clients on the value of our services. - Independent Problem Resolution:
You are the first point of contact for guest concerns. You can think on your feet to de‑escalate issues and solve scheduling conflicts professionally, without needing constant managerial oversight. - Brand Stewardship:
You will maintain luxury standards in both the facility’s appearance and your own professional presentation.
- Professional Maturity:
You have experience in high‑end retail, hospitality, or sales and understand how to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. - Resilient & Confident:
You are comfortable with healthy confrontation, whether that means enforcing a cancellation policy or navigating a difficult sales conversation with poise. - Results‑Oriented:
You are motivated by performance‑based rewards and love the challenge of exceeding goals to maximize your earning potential.
Strong performance and demonstrated leadership will lead to a promotion into an Assistant Team Lead role.
