Inside Sales Representative

We are a manufacturer of drilling and tapping equipment serving customers throughout the United States and around the world. We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning technical products.

This is a warm sales position. You won't be cold calling or searching for leads—our clients come directly to us. Your role is to build relationships, understand customer applications, prepare quotes, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.

No one enters this position knowing our products. We provide training on our equipment, applications, and processes.

• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Prepare quotes and estimates
• Process customer orders accurately
• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Learn products, applications, and engineering concepts
• Assist customers in selecting the best solution for their application
• Communicate with vendors and internal team
• Read and interpret customer drawings and specifications
• Maintain accurate customer records in Hub Spot and Quick Books
