General Mechanic

Position Summary

Carries out general repairs and assists with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and grounds whenever needed.

Performs maintenance and repair to equipment or building according to work order or radio dispatch.

Assists all other trades that might require help with repairs or projects as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.

Available for all emergencies to assist in any way including snow removal, natural disasters, or power outages.

Assist off‑site mechanic or other departments when needed such as office or equipment moves.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 1-2 Years in construction trades

• Valid driver’s license

• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry or grounds
