Highly competitive Central Jersey Group IV - Skyland Conference program. The ability to successfully assign, supervise and evaluate assistants as well as to develop and manage a program budget is required. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate and work with community and local recreational programs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of the particular activity and related experience as determined by the board
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• NJ DoE Substitute Certificate or NJ DoE Teaching certificate
• Must possess/obtain CPR/FIRST AID/AED, NFHS Concussion in Sports, and NFHS Heat Illness Prevention.
• Must obtain within the first year after hire NFHS Coaching Fundamentals and NFHS Sports First Aid Certifications.
