PWM is looking for an experienced Pricing and Commercial Manager with a minimum of 5 years in pricing, costing, and commercial analysis. You will develop robust pricing strategies that consider customer expectations and margins while working with cross-functional teams. The role includes leading pricing discussions and performing thorough analyses to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cost models based on multiple inputs and assumptions

• Lead pricing strategy discussions with stakeholders

• Conduct sensitivity and what-if analysis for pricing decisions

• Prepare comprehensive quote packages and pricing narratives

• Assess subcontractor pricing for validity and competitiveness

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in pricing or commercial analysis

• Solid experience in engineered-product costing

• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling

• Knowledge of BOM-driven costing and labor analysis

• Collaborative skills for working with technical teams
