Mid-Market Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a passionate and driven sales professional to join our team as a Mid-Market Sales Development Representative (SDR). The role focuses on generating sales opportunities through lead generation and outreach. Successful candidates will hit and exceed monthly sales goals, stay ahead of daily metrics, and handle rejection with resilience.

• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads.
• Execute a personalized outreach strategy that includes emailing, cold calling, and Linked In messaging.
• Qualify leads by learning about the prospect's approach to hiring and their unique recruiting needs.
• Create new business opportunities for the company to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with a dynamic group of SDRs to collectively achieve company goals.
• Complete additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.

• Strong work ethic and effective prioritization skills.
• Appetite for learning and ability to receive and implement feedback.
• Ability to tailor written and verbal communication style to various audiences.
• Experience with cold calling and cold emailing is a plus.
• Unique talents and transferable skills are valued; lack of 100% match does not disqualify.

National pay for this role is $56,000.00 base pay. Compensation may include additional options, bonuses, merit increases, and sales commissions based on the applicable plan.
