In this pivotal Inside Sales role, you will focus on engaging with assigned customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions. Responsibilities include processing customer requests, conducting outbound calls, and resolving issues—all while fostering a positive customer experience. Your proactive approach will be crucial in helping our clients thrive and maximizing their engagement with our product range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build valuable relationships with customer accounts

• Process orders and provide pricing information

• Make 15-30 outbound calls daily for business growth

• Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely manner

• Keep accurate records of customer communications

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• At least 2 years of related call center experience

• Familiarity with MS Office suite required

• Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using company-specific systems and software
