This role with PIC Canada involves working closely with clients to identify their needs and execute account plans that foster growth. A candidate with a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills will thrive in this position, engaging with stakeholders to ensure mutual success. The role entails significant travel, around 50%, both domestically and internationally, enabling you to strengthen valuable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain client relationships to enhance revenue
• Analyze customer needs and present corresponding products
• Prepare and manage forecasts for accounts
• Negotiate and renew contracts with clients
• Resolve customer issues effectively and quickly
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in swine
• Solid experience with Sales software and analytics tools
• Proven negotiation and influencing capabilities
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
