You'll partner with several departments—including Human Resources, Operations, Training and Finance—to handle a variety of administrative responsibilities that keep our business running smoothly. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys learning new things.

What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to multiple corporate departments.
  • Prepare reports by running system exports and organizing data in Excel.
  • Enter job orders, post open positions, and send candidate assessment invitations.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including welcome packages, equipment shipments, and new hire materials.
  • Support scheduling for meetings, interviews, trainings, and other company events.
  • Prepare and distribute employee communications and required notices.
  • Collect, organize, and track expense reports, mileage reimbursements, and other administrative documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for company training programs.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and records.
  • Assist with special projects and help improve administrative processes across the organization.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive, dependable team player who enjoys supporting others and finding ways to improve processes.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple areas of the business. If you enjoy variety in your work, take pride in staying organized, and like helping teams succeed behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and become an essential part of our corporate support team!
