Telematics Validation Engineer

We are seeking a Telematics Validation Engineer to join our automotive engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating telematics and connected vehicle systems, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability of communication features across vehicle platforms.

• Develop and execute validation plans, test cases, and test procedures for telematics and connected vehicle features.
• Validate vehicle connectivity functions including OTA updates, Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, GPS, LTE/5G, eCall, BCall, and remote vehicle services
  .
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing in both bench and vehicle environments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues using CAN/LIN/Ethernet network traces and diagnostic tools.
• Utilize tools such as Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, Wireshark, QXDM
  , and other automotive validation tools.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA
  .
• Work closely with software, hardware, systems, and integration teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Support vehicle‑level testing, issue triage, root cause analysis, and release validation.
• Prepare validation reports and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
