Job Summary
This role leads a team of site support professionals (IC3 level) to ensure consistent delivery of support services across the campus, aligning with Oracle standards. You will collaborate with Facilities Operations leadership, service teams, logistics, compliance, and site leadership to improve execution quality, maintain process discipline, and scale the site‑support model as operational complexity grows. While not managing plant operations directly, this position plays a critical role in supporting safe, efficient, and well‑governed site execution in a 24/7 mission‑critical environment.

U.S. citizenship required. Position is on‑site in Saline, Michigan. Relocation assistance may be available under Oracle’s policies.
Responsibilities- Lead the onsite site‑support team in coordinating administrative tasks, workflow support, records management, and operational support processes for the data center campus.
- Coach, evaluate, and develop IC3‑level staff.
- Set clear expectations for service quality, responsiveness, documentation accuracy, process discipline, and support execution.
- Oversee daily support processes: scheduling coordination, maintenance communications, document tracking, work‑order support, vendor coordination, meeting logistics, and internal site requests.
- Maintain accurate, current, and audit‑ready site records, logs, trackers, and documentation repositories.
- Allocate work to ensure effective coverage of administrative priorities, meetings, recurring workflows, and site events.
- Partner with Facilities Operations Managers, service teams, logistics, compliance, and site leadership for scheduling alignment, operational readiness, and communication.
- Prepare materials, track actions, and follow up during planning meetings, outage coordination, maintenance reviews, and other site operating rhythms.
- Manage vendor and visitor support processes for non‑technical service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps, documentation issues, workflow inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Enforce disciplined use of CMMS, Service Now, document‑management platforms, and related business systems.
- Support onboarding, training, and skill development while reinforcing Oracle standards for professionalism and customer service.
- Provide visibility to site leadership on workload, process health, staffing needs, service issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Help scale the site‑support function as campus size, activity, and stakeholder needs increase.
- Ensure safety and physical task ability to walk, stand, sit, move through areas, use stairs, and support light tasks; maintain schedule flexibility to meet site priorities.
- 5–8+ years of experience in site administration, facilities coordination, office operations, or related business support roles.
- 3–5+ years of experience leading coordinators or site‑support staff.
- Preferred experience in facilities, industrial, logistics, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, data center, or other mission‑critical environments.
- Strong understanding of scheduling support, documentation quality, and communication discipline for operational readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Facilities, Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong people‑leadership, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Commitment to process discipline and accurate, audit‑ready records.
- Service‑oriented mindset with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Experience improving workflows and reinforcing execution standards.
- Preferred: familiarity with CMMS, Service Now, document‑control systems, vendor support, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and audit‑ready records in regulated environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business systems.
- Exposure to data center or other 24/7 critical operations environments is a plus.
