Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Risk Manager/Analyst
EHS Global Office and Communications Manager
Responsible for supporting EHS office programs across the enterprise, including risk assessments, emergency planning, and crisis management. Leads global EHS employee engagement and communications, developing newsletters, performance updates, and dashboards.
Responsibilities- Coordinate global EHS office program activities and governance meetings.
- Write and execute EHS communications and engagement for all Core Weave operations.
- Drive consistency and standardization across global EHS office processes and tools.
- Establish and manage EHS requirements for future office builds and healthy office initiatives.
- Provide staff training on key EHS programs and SOPs, and participate in regulatory inspections as needed.
- Support EHS investigations and CAPAs, developing regional dashboards for leadership.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments at corporate offices and industrial data center sites.
- Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in EHS, including successful employee engagement initiatives and comprehensive EHS program implementation.
- Technical expertise as an EHS generalist across safety, occupational health, environmental, and sustainability program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Environmental, Health, and Safety field or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven experience using data analytics and performance metrics to drive program accuracy, innovation, and measurable operational value.
- Professional fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic.
- Advanced degrees and/or EHS certifications such as CSP, CHMM, OSHA 30, ASP, etc.
- Base salary range: $134,000–$179,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits program.
