Overview
We are seeking senior consulting professionals to assess and redesign a county government's enterprise governance and operating model. The engagement focuses on organizational effectiveness, governance, business process standardization, and executive decision making, with Workday serving as the enabling platform.
Responsibilities- Assess enterprise business processes, organizational capabilities, and governance to develop a future-state operating model aligned with Workday leading practices.
- Lead cross-functional business process workshops.
- Assess finance, procurement, HR, budgeting, grants, and approval processes.
- Identify process fragmentation and standardization opportunities.
- Develop business capability maps, RACI models, and future-state recommendations.
- Partner with executive leadership and the Workday Architect.
- 10+ years in business architecture or operating model consulting.
- Strong process transformation experience.
- Workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
- Enterprise capability modeling experience.
- Public sector and ERP transformation experience preferred.
