Green Shield Deck Builders is hiring a Crew Leader to oversee a 3-person crew, ensure quality builds, and drive safety on residential deck projects across Michigan. This is a W-2 position with year-round work and no winter layoffs.
You must have at least 3 years in construction and 1 year in leadership, a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel daily within a 150-mile radius. Competitive pay $24–$26 per hour with opportunities for advancement.
