EmergencyMD in Flint, MI is seeking a Housing Inspector to support the Genesee County Housing Division’s Weatherization and Home Improvement programs. You will perform inspections, write work write-ups, and conduct energy audits in accordance with HUD/MDHHS rules.
The role requires an associate degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant home construction experience. Training toward lead and asbestos certifications is provided. Ladders, lifting, and confined spaces are involved.
