This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Industrial Superintendent to lead complex construction projects while joining a respected and growing organization.

You are an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in industrial construction and field operations. You will bring:

• 10+ years of construction experience with industrial or manufacturing projects
• Experience managing ground-up construction, plant expansions, and industrial renovations
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards, OSHA regulations, and site compliance
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain project schedules
• Experience working in active manufacturing or operating facilities is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Willingness to travel throughout Ohio and surrounding regions as project needs require.

As an Industrial MEP Superintendent, you will:

• Lead all on-site mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction activities for industrial projects.
• Manage MEP subcontractors, coordinate field operations, and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules.
• Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, piping, HVAC, and plumbing systems while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, engineers, trade partners, commissioning teams, clients, and plant personnel to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications, applicable codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings, safety briefings, site inspections, and progress updates.
• Support testing, startup, commissioning, and turnover of MEP systems to ensure successful project completion.
