Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Flint, MI

Emterra Environmental USA Corp is a leading provider of integrated recycling resource management and waste disposal solutions to various sectors, including industrial, commercial, institutional (ICI), and municipalities.

We seek a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

• Serves customers by resolving product and service challenges and providing relevant product and service information that helps solve them.
• Keeps track of customer correspondence and logs key account information and customer data.
• Resolves product or service problems by investigating the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
