Salary Range: $29.15 To $39.46 Hourly

Must have at least 2 years of post-secondary education from an accredited dental hygiene program.

Licensed to practice in Michigan as a dental hygienist and meet other applicable state requirements.

At least 2 years’ experience as a dental hygiene providing prophylaxis, sterilization processes and taking X-rays.

Must be willing to work flexible hours including occasional weekends, holidays, or irregular hours.

Must have a valid Michigan Driver’s License, current automobile insurance, and the use of a personal vehicle during work hours. Employee must maintain valid licensure to retain employment.

Effective verbal skills to communicate with patients and co-workers

Keyboarding and computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, electronic

medical/health records, and database management.

• Vision
  - Position requires the ability to visually assess details at both near and far distances, as well as to perceive depth and spatial relationships with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Hearing
  - Position requires the ability to receive and respond to verbal communication with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Lifting, Standing, and Walking With or Without Reasonable Accommodations:
  • Position requires the ability to lift up to 35lbs on an occasional basis
  • Position requires the ability to regularly stand for extended periods of time
  • Position requires the ability to walk at a minimum of 35% up to a maximum of 65%
