Teacher, Teacher Assistant​/ Paraprofessional

Holy Rosary Catholic School in Flint, Michigan is seeking a dynamic, flexible, and faith-filled Full‑Time K–8 Teacher to join our faculty. This unique position includes teaching and supporting students across multiple grade levels and subject areas throughout the school day.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, student‑centered, and passionate about Catholic education. This role may include a combination of classroom instruction, small‑group support, intervention, enrichment, middle school electives, and student supervision depending on school needs.

• Provide engaging instruction across multiple disciplines and grade levels in K–8
• Support student learning through differentiated instruction and targeted academic support
• Foster a positive, structured, and faith‑filled classroom environment
• Integrate Catholic values and Gospel teachings into daily instruction and interactions
• Collaborate with teachers and administration to ensure continuity of instruction and student success
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technology tools to enhance learning
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Participate fully in school liturgies, prayer services, faculty meetings, and school events

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Valid state teaching certification
• Practicing Catholic preferred or willingness to actively support the mission of Catholic education
• Ability to teach and adapt across multiple grade levels and subject areas
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset and flexibility in a team‑oriented environment

Governing employment with the Diocese or with parishes, schools, and agencies of the Diocese.
