Sylvania is seeking a Transition Navigator/Academic Interventionist to provide comprehensive support services within Genesee County Jail. The successful candidate will work with at-risk individuals and assist in their educational needs, helping facilitate employment and training opportunities.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, travel flexibility, and ideally, a post-secondary degree in related fields. You will contribute to program development and ensure that all services meet the needs of the students within the facility.
