Job Description We are seeking an NDT Technician Special Inspector who is excited to expand your experience by working on some top projects in the West Come join us You will be on our NDT technician team that provide fabrication shop inspections in various locations throughout the US in support of top projects in the Boise  In addition available for various on call projects throughout the US This work includes everything from thermite welds in track to fab shop inspections to moment connections in structural steel buildings Core Responsibilities Perform testing in accordance with approved procedures following applicable codes and standards

Knowledge of industry health and safety procedures Commitment to working safely at all times

Prepare accurate daily reports including description of work done conclusions

Professionally interface with customers to address issues and solve problems

Comfortable working outdoors in a construction site environment including at heights and in inclement weather

Liftingcarrying by weight 50 pounds frequently may be required

Mobility such as reaching kneelingcrawling bendingcrouching and frequencyduration in which action is required

Endurance such as sitting standing walking climbing or driving and frequencyduration in which action is required

Youll thrive here if you have The following certifications CWI UT II Preferred certifications MT II PTII PAUT AMP I or IIOther experiencecertifications in reinforced concrete structural welding and bolting other Special Inspection categories
