Summary

The Private Bank Service Specialist II is responsible for the day‑to‑day activities and interactions between clients and Huntington Bank regarding the establishment, documentation, maintenance, and servicing of the relationship. The role partners with one or more Wealth Advisors to support the sales process and deliver exceptional service to high‑net‑worth clients. The Specialist maintains detailed knowledge of products and services to provide service excellence, while focusing on identifying, assessing, and managing risk in adherence to policies and procedures.

Service coverage spans multiple practices, including Private Banking, Trust, and Investment Management.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain day‑to‑day client interactions and manage documentation, maintenance, and servicing of various account types, including personal and business deposit accounts, wealth and investment management accounts, consumer lending, and mortgages.
  • Collaborate with clients and Wealth Advisors to gather applicant and financial information required for new accounts, loans, and servicing requests.
  • Provide detailed account information to customers and build rapport.
  • Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to clients on a monthly basis and participate in Calling Days.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment financial services
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (required when supporting Wealth Advisor role)
  • Notary Public
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation, highly motivated, focused, and goal‑oriented
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow‑up
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Capability to work independently
  • Administrative experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of Huntington applications
Exempt Status

No (eligible for overtime pay)
