Manager, Finance

Overview

MHP is a Managed Care Organization dedicated to meeting the health care needs of each member. We are looking for a Manager, Finance, to join in leading the organization forward. McLaren Health Plan is accredited by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). MHP values the talents and abilities of all our employees and seeks to foster an open, cooperative and dynamic environment.

Assists director of finance in all general financial activities. Responsible for financial reporting, budget development and allocation, credit and collection, and accounts payable. Manages the operations of the department. Assists in identifying and the resolution of variances. Assists in developing strategies and acts as an advisor on financial action plans.

Five (5) years’ experience in accounting/finance.

Previous leadership experience in accounting/finance.

This is a hybrid position with requirements to come on site as scheduled, Flint, MI.
