Role Summary
The Onsite Tower Lead for SAP Central Finance is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end delivery, governance, and operational excellence for the Corporate/Finance tower, ensuring SLA adherence, operational stability, oversee triage, impact/urgency validation, root‑cause analysis, and prioritization of Finance‑related tickets.

Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience with strong S/4
HANA exposure - Deep expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) including AIF, SLT, MDG, mapping, replication, and error handling
- Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery models
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, month‑end close, reconciliations, and cross‑module integrations
- Hands‑on experience with incident, problem, and change management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience with Open Text VIM, Treasury, or other connected systems
- Prior experience in tower lead or service delivery roles
