Phlebotomist Opportunity

Flint, MI Pay Rate: $25/hr

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM)

Why This Role Matters You play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results by ensuring high-quality specimen collection and exceptional patient experiences. Your work directly supports healthcare providers in making informed decisions that impact patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipunctures and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
  • Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
  • Verify patient identification and obtain required signatures to ensure proper specimen handling
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with established procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service while creating a calm, safe, and professional environment
  • Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
  • Adapt to different patient care settings such as patient service centers and physician offices

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing schedules as needed
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
