Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM)
Why This Role Matters You play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results by ensuring high-quality specimen collection and exceptional patient experiences. Your work directly supports healthcare providers in making informed decisions that impact patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipunctures and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient identification and obtain required signatures to ensure proper specimen handling
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with established procedures
- Provide excellent customer service while creating a calm, safe, and professional environment
- Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
- Adapt to different patient care settings such as patient service centers and physician offices
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing schedules as needed
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
