We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional home health services throughout the greater Flint area.

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve independence with activities of daily living
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
• Recommend and assess adaptive equipment and home modifications
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency, state, federal, CHAP, and Joint Commission standards

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Michigan Occupational Therapy license
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem, PRN
