We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional home health services throughout the greater Flint area.

In This Role, You Will:- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve independence with activities of daily living
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
- Recommend and assess adaptive equipment and home modifications
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency, state, federal, CHAP, and Joint Commission standards

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapy license
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem, PRN
