We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who thrives on connection, problem-solving, and helping patients live their best possible lives to provide care across the greater Flint area (Lapeer/Davison/Fenton/Swartz Creek, etc.).

• Assess patients’ physical abilities and create personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Teach patients and caregivers exercises and techniques to improve mobility and independence.
• Recommend and train patients on assistive devices for safety and function.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

On the road

• Hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Have a current license/registration in Michigan.
• Bring at least 2 years of healthcare experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
