Therapeutic Enrichment Supervisor
Supervise and support Occupational Therapist staff
Co-supervise the Community Support Advocate team with the Clinical Supervisor
Oversee event planning, resident engagement, and community coordination to help residents stay active, connected and emotionally supported
Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for staff
Utilize therapeutic activities and structured programming to support residents' emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and social development goals
Develop and implement therapeutic and recreational programs that encourage socialization, independence, relaxation, skill development, and participation in activities of daily living
Promote resident engagement through meaningful therapeutic, social, recreational, and cognitive activities designed to enhance quality of life, emotional wellness, independence, and overall functioning
Ensure all occupational therapy services are delivered in accordance with state, federal, and company regulations
Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
Monitor caseload distribution, productivity, and scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery
Participate in quality assurance initiatives, audits, and performance improvement activities
Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly
Flexibility and commitment to work the hours and times required to perform the responsibilities of the job, including evenings and weekends
Utilize all communication tools including FIN
Maintain and advocate for all residents' rights
Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan required
Minimum of 3 years of Occupational Therapy experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Hands-on experience with computer programs and creative media
Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
