Direct Support Professional; DSP​/Caregiver - Allegan

Pro Care by Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Allegan, MI to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

• We are looking for full time or part time depending on client and staff availability. We will work with your schedule!

As a DSP, you’ll support individuals in their everyday routines while helping them grow and make their own choices:

• Assist with daily routines like meals, hygiene, and household tasks
• Encourage independence and decision-making
• Support community involvement and positive social interactions
• Monitor safety and teach safety awareness
• Help individuals recognize triggers and build coping skills
• Create a supportive, positive environment
• Follow care plans and document services

You’ll receive training on each client so you can provide personalized, meaningful care.

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
