Dual PMHNP​/FNP or PA-C | Inpatient Psychiatry Kalamazoo, MI

Compensation: $130,000–$170,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Dual-Certified PMHNP/FNP or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Kalamazoo, MI. This position offers an opportunity to take on a Clinical Director role while providing direct patient care in an inpatient setting.

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for inpatient psychiatric patients.
• Manage and support the clinical team as Clinical Director.
• Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee clinical operations and help maintain adherence to treatment protocols and organizational standards.
• Support the development and implementation of effective patient care practices.

• Dual certification as PMHNP/FNP or PA-C.
• Previous inpatient experience as a practicing provider is required.
• Active Michigan (MI) license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Previous experience as a Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing (DON), or in a clinical leadership role is a plus.
• Willingness to take on Clinical Director responsibilities in an on-site inpatient setting.
