Job DescriptionPosition Overview
Under physician supervision, the Advanced Practice Provider - Inpatient/Outpatient is responsible for the comprehensive medical management of assigned inpatients in the hospital setting. The mid level provider is expected to exercise prudent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of care and seek appropriate collaboration as necessary.
* This full-time role will be working inpatient every other weekend (days on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and 1 additional outpatient day. They will be working at Hurley and Genesys
Desired/Required Qualifications- Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program - Experience:
Holds current BLS card for Health Professionals Credentialed per CHC policies and procedures Certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Inpatient hospital experience preferred Licensed in the State of Michigan
