Training Manager​/Coordinator - Manistee Area

Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
