You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity across Windows, macOS, and Linux in offices, classrooms, labs, and research environments.
You will image and deploy new computers, diagnose network and printing issues, support AV/classroom tech, and ensure endpoints are secure and up to date. Excellent customer service is essential.
