Sr. Network Engineer

Hybrid (Monday & Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday onsite)

Relate Search has partnered with a global manufacturing organization in its search for a Senior Network Engineer to support and modernize a large-scale enterprise network environment. This role will help drive both day‑to‑day network operations and strategic infrastructure initiatives across a complex multi‑site environment. You will partner closely with network engineering and architecture teams to implement new technologies, troubleshoot complex issues, and support ongoing modernization efforts while ensuring reliable, secure network performance.

• Lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Partner with network architects and engineering teams to deploy new technologies and infrastructure improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across cloud, WAN, LAN, wireless, voice, video, and data center environments.
• Maintain network documentation, standards, security, and disaster recovery readiness while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and travel as needed to support network projects and operational requirements.

• 7+ years of network engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Cisco ISE and Cisco wireless technologies.
• Broad networking expertise across technologies such as routing, switching, SD‑WAN, cloud networking, firewalls, and data centers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams while balancing operational support and project work.
• Hybrid schedule with two remote days per week.
