WOTA is seeking a Dispatcher in western Oakland County to coordinate transportation for elderly and disabled riders. You will answer calls, support drivers, and use dispatch software and PTT phones while upholding the mission.
The role reports to the Dispatch Manager and requires patience, strong communication, and the ability to work with teams or independently; hours include 5:45am–10:00pm, full- or part-time, with overtime pre-approved.
