DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM). This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple dialysis sites at skilled nursing facilities in the area. The ROM provides leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple dialysis sites at skilled nursing facilities in the area.
• Provide leadership and direction to drive operational results and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Foster positive teammate relations.
• Manage the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

• Associates Degree.
• Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care and multi-site operations management experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
• Experience with budget/P&L management.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Preferred: RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
