The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely and quality completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining a safe work environment.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under‑car repair services, directs the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians, and stages vehicle repair/maintenance work. They drive Midas sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, and strive to meet customer expectations.

• Experience:
  
  At least 2 years in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
• Requirements:
  Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability:
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
