ACE Outdoor Services is hiring a Lawn & Snow Operations Manager in Burton, MI.
This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing lawn maintenance and snow crews, daily production, routing, scheduling, equipment, and team performance.
$65,000-$75,000/year + bonus opportunities
Company vehicle provided
Year-round employment
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations for maintenance and snow divisions
- Lead and develop 10-12 crews and crew leaders
- Oversee routing, scheduling, production, and quality control
- Coordinate snow operations during winter events
- Monitor equipment, fleet readiness, and job performance
- Track labor, production, and operational efficiency
- Hold teams accountable to company standards and production goals
- 3+ years managing lawn maintenance and snow operations
- Experience leading 30+ employees and crew leaders
- Commercial and residential maintenance experience
