Position SummaryThe Senior Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth, operational excellence, and profitability of their branch, overseeing a branch that has met the receivable/profitability requirements and employs two or more staff team members. As a senior BSM, this role demands a visionary professional who can not only manage financial performance but also lead a high‑performing team, develop future leaders, and build a dynamic, customer‑centric environment.
The Senior Branch Sales Manager will utilize analytics to optimize branch performance, grow the consumer loan portfolio, and execute strategies from division leadership to position the branch as a market leader in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and operational efficiency.
- Strategically manage the branch’s financial performance, including profitability, expense control, and consumer loan portfolio growth, with a focus on long‑term sustainability.
- Leverage data‑driven insights and analytics to identify financial improvement opportunities and implement proactive solutions that enhance the branch’s financial position.
- Spearhead the growth of the consumer loan portfolio by developing and executing innovative sales strategies that expand market presence and attract new business.
- Build, strengthen, and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers, both through in‑person interactions and proactive outreach.
- Champion a customer‑centric sales approach that enhances customer satisfaction, deepens loyalty, and contributes to branch profitability.
- Collaborate with division leadership to align branch strategies with company objectives, utilizing provided resources and field insights to maximize market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team fostering an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide tailored coaching, and ensure all team members are equipped with the tools and resources to meet and exceed their goals.
- Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for future leadership roles.
- Communicate the company’s vision, strategy, and objectives clearly and effectively to all team members, ensuring alignment with division and corporate goals.
- Ensure that the branch consistently delivers outstanding customer service, cultivating a positive customer experience that drives both retention and acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and best practices, while maintaining strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Proactively address any potential risks and implement corrective actions where necessary to safeguard the branch’s integrity and compliance posture.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience RequiredPrior management experience required. Internal applicants must currently be in a BSM role for 6 months. Applicants must have completed BSM development plan.
