Operations Manager / security supervisorDescriptionThis role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. Formulating strategy, improving performance, compliance, and business development.
You will enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard our organization and our clients. Perform routine security assessments (will require travel to sites) to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, crafting strategies for risk reduction. You’ll oversee daily security operations, managing the security team, ensuring that our agents are following vital protocols, and our clients are satisfied with our service.
Responsibilitieswill include:
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient task completion and that all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices as needed.
- Manage compliance of the security team and Company.
- Recruit, train, & supervise staff as needed.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate across departments with clear respectable communication.
- Knowledgeable about pertinent security laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
- Implement Business Development and act on active leads to increase profitability.

Requirements and skills:- Ideal candidate would have 5 years experience in security, administrative, or supervisor role.
- Proven work history in a similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Good conflict resolution
- Leadership ability
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to transform data into actionable, strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in utilizing various computer software, including MS Office, security management platforms, and incident reporting tools.
Minimum 3 years experience (5yrs preferred)
High School Diploma required (Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Valid Drivers License
CPL
Clear criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background & motor-vehicle check.
