Job DescriptionTruck Delivery Company in Flint Michigan is looking for a hands‑on General Manager to run daily operations and keep freight moving safely and on time. This position will lead drivers, dispatchers and a warehouse team while managing costs and performance.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across dispatch, warehouse, and delivery.
- Lead and develop the team.
- Manage routing, scheduling, and fleet efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Daily reporting

- Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA regulations
- Strong dispatch, warehouse and delivery knowledge
