Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. One year of professional experience. Must possess a current valid unrestricted driver's license. Understand and have a commitment to Kettering University. Duties
- Recruitment and Outreach (40%):
Manage an assigned recruitment territory by developing strategic relationships, executing recruitment plans, and meeting established recruitment and enrollment goals. Execute recruitment strategies that increase awareness of Kettering University and strengthen partnerships throughout the assigned recruitment territory. Meet individually with prospective students and families. Present information sessions to large and small groups. Utilize Slate and other enrollment technologies to manage the recruitment territory, document student interactions, schedule follow-up communications, and maintain accurate prospective student records.
Conduct personalized outreach to prospective students through phone, email, text messaging, virtual appointments, and other communication channels.
Application Evaluation (40%):
Evaluate applications for admission. Serve as a resource for students, families, and counselors regarding admission policies and procedures. Provide referrals for students needing additional support services.
Program Planning and Execution (20%):
Assist in the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of recruitment programs and special projects. Volunteer Expectations:
