Project Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through completion. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities- Lead all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution
- Manage and track project budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Prepare project status reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and leadership
- Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards
- Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities
- Mentor and support project team members, including project coordinators and field staff
- Communicate project updates, requirements, and expectations effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, General Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of utility industry experience
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and Share Point
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with clients, leadership, field personnel, and regulatory stakeholders
