Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to serve as the heartbeat of the community. You will lead your on-site team, own the financial and physical health of the community, and guide residents through the home purchase process from first visit to move-in day.
You will be empowered to make decisions with support from a collaborative field leadership team, manage sales, NOI, occupancy, and resident relations, and ensure curb appeal and operations meet Havenpark standards.
