Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill a Full Time Plant Production position at our Flint Warehouse.
This is a FIRST SHIFT position: 7:30am - 4pm, Monday-Friday. $15.00 an hour and 20% off at Goodwill Mid Michigan stores.
Essential duties and responsibilities- Achieve production standards for tasks assigned
- Maintain and monitor all functions of the baler, keeping it free of excess merchandise.
- Meet hourly goals with tenacity and precision
- 10 paid holidays
- 1 week of paid vacation, (two weeks after 12 months of employment)
