Line Lead, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Lead to oversee daily production line operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Flint, MI. This role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and supporting team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time order completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a production team to meet daily output and quality goals
• Partner with team leadership to assign tasks based on work orders and production needs
• Train and mentor employees on processes, safety, and performance expectations
• Work alongside team members to complete production tasks, including:
  • Packing and unpacking products
  • Repackaging materials as needed
  • Building product bundles and supply kits
  • Assembling mailing packets
  • Performing box printing and labeling
• Receive and process new and returned products
• Accurately log, track, and maintain production documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1+ year of experience leading a team in a production or warehouse environment
• Experience in corrugated or manufacturing environments preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage production data
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Proven leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and outdoor elements
• Walk long distances (100+ yards) repeatedly throughout shift
• Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly without assistance
• Safely operate material handling equipment
• Visual ability to perform tasks requiring close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as focus adjustments
