Help in operating binding machines and equipment, such as stitchers, folder machines, and cutters

Prepare materials for shipment by folding, collating, and aligning printed sheets.

Prepare and Maintain Equipment:

Set up and adjust equipment for different bindery jobs.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of bindery equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Quality Control:

Inspect printed materials for quality, checking for issues like misprints, alignment problems, or defects.

Make adjustments as needed to ensure finished products meet quality standards.

Handle Materials:

Manage and organize printed materials, including stacking, sorting, and moving them through different stages of the bindery process.

Pack and prepare finished products for shipment or distribution.

Follow Safety Protocols:

Adhere to safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Assist with Troubleshooting:

Help identify and resolve issues with bindery equipment or materials as they arise.
