An industry leading packaging organization is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to oversee production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on3 rd shift. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and leading teams to deliver strong operational performance.

• Lead daily warehouse and production operations including receiving, order assembly, routing/dispatch, inventory control, and transportation coordination
• Supervise, coach, and develop supervisors and team leaders to ensure strong execution and accountability
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture through compliance, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and track performance metrics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor operations and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data entry across all functions
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and inventory rotation to improve space utilization and reduce loss
• Identify and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
• Manage warehouse budget, including forecasting and cost control
• Support operations by operating equipment and stepping into production roles as needed
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime

• 4+ years of warehouse leadership experience; 2+ years in a production supervisory role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety regulations
• Basic computer proficiency and strong communication skills
